The conferencing costs are:
€ 19.95 x (45 min)/(60 min) = € 14.96
Dial-out to participants in Belgium and The Netherlands (land lines) is free. The destination China is in zone 6 which has a tariff of € 0.31 per minute. The telephony costs are:
45 min * 0.31 €/min = € 13.95
The total amount for communication is € 28.91

Since the participants dial in their selves no telephony costs will be charged.
